Sherwood Spring Flavours Weekend
April 17 - 19, 2026
After a long winter, we’re kicking off the season early with a taste of what’s to come! This weekend, resort guests can enjoy seasonal flavors as add-ons to their stay, and the public is welcome to join us for the daily events too! Friday features a Summer Cocktail Class and Chef’s Seasonal Treats in the afternoon, followed by live entertainment at 8 PM. Saturday night, join Sommelier Jeremy Hall for a fireside chat and a 5-course Wine Pairing Dinner exploring how water influences local wines ($145 + taxes & service) - click here to view the Saturday night menu.
