Savor the flavors of Canada at Sherwood Inn’s Canadiana Culinary Weekend taking place November 21 - 23, 2025, where locally inspired dishes celebrate the country’s rich culinary traditions.
Friday kicks off with an interactive Marché-style dinner experience with our chefs, featuring live cooking stations, an opportunity to craft your own vinaigrette, some of our takes on your holiday favourites, cocktail demos and samplings of craft beer and spirts.
On Saturday, don’t miss the Sherwood Smoker demonstration showcasing a hot turkey loaf, plus tasty options for vegetarians and vegans. Saturday evening’s dinner highlights the best of Canada with dishes inspired by our provinces; fresh seafood, premium beef, classic Quebec recipes, and a sweet finish from British Columbia, all paired with wines from across the country.
