Deposit / Cancellation Policy

  • Full non-refundable deposit taken 5 days prior to arrival including all fees, gratuities and taxes

  • Cancellations must be made by 4 pm on the appropriate date

  • Any cancellation prior to any deposits being taken are subject to a $39 plus HST administration fee

  • Any cancellations after a deposit is taken are subject to forfeiture of the deposit on file

  • Long Stay reservations:  Any reservation lasting 10 nights or more are subject to a 50% advance deposits 30 days prior to arrival and the balance 7 days prior to arrival

  • Multiple reservations: Any guests booking 4 or more rooms for the same dates, all rooms will be subject to a one night's non-refundable deposit at time of booking, and the balance due 5 days prior to arrival.

  • Group reservations: Any bookings of 8 rooms or more are typically booked by our Group Sales department and will have individual deposit/ cancellation policies.

  • Some specials, packages and group bookings  subject to separate deposit / cancellation policies


Cottages

  • All cottages are subject to non-refundable one night's deposit 30 days prior to arrival and the balance 5 days prior to arrival.   Any cancellations are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.

Restrictions:

  • All activities including golf, spa and dining should be booked prior to arrival, ideally at time of booking

  • Some specials, packages and nights require a minimum length of stay

  • Rate is subject to availability

  • Rate is subject to daily resort amenity fee and 13% HST

  • Offers and specials cannot be combined with any other offer
