Do you have a favourite photo from your time at Sherwood Inn? We want to see it! Submit your best Sherwood Inn photo for the chance to win a complimentary stay at the resort. Whether it’s a lakeside sunset, a cozy winter escape, a delicious dining moment, or a memory with friends and family - share up to 10 of your top photos of what makes Sherwood special to you.

Terms and Conditions​

  • By entering, you grant Sherwood Inn a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute your submitted photo(s) for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Submitted photo(s) may be edited, cropped, resized, enhanced, or otherwise modified at Sherwood Inn’s discretion.

  • A maximum of ten (10) photo submissions per person will be accepted. Each photo counts as one (1) unique entry. 

  • To be eligible, photos must have been taken at Sherwood Inn and must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or be copyrighted material belonging to third parties.

  • You confirm that you are the original photographer of the submitted image(s), or that you have obtained full permission from the photographer to submit the photo(s) and grant these rights.

  • You confirm that any individuals appearing in the photo(s) have provided consent to be photographed and to have their image used for promotional purposes.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.

  • No monetary compensation will be provided for submitted photo(s) or their use.

  • The winner will be selected from all eligible entries and contacted directly on April 1, 2026. If the winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time, an alternate winner may be selected.

  • By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
