Hazelwood Trail - Port Carling, 10 Minute Drive from Sherwood Inn ​
Hazelwood Trail is a historic 5 km out-and-back trail that once connected Port Carling to Port Sandfield, originally used by a local pioneer family. It’s a moderate hike with some steeper sections through mature hardwood forest, and the highlight near the end is a scenic beaver pond known for birdlife.
