🍁 Canadiana Culinary Weekend | November 21–23, 2025

Celebrate the flavors of Canada during our Canadiana Culinary Weekend, a three-day event dedicated to showcasing the country’s rich and diverse culinary traditions.

Friday night kicks off with an interactive Marché-style dinner, where guests can mingle with our chefs at live cooking stations, learn how to make their own vinaigrette, and enjoy creative takes on holiday favorites. Sample craft beers, local spirits, and cocktails while soaking in the cozy Muskoka atmosphere.

On Saturday, watch our chefs in action at the Sherwood Smoker demonstration, featuring a signature hot turkey loaf and delicious vegetarian and vegan options. The day concludes with a provincial-inspired dinner; a culinary journey across Canada with fresh seafood, premium beef, classic Quebec recipes, and desserts inspired by the West Coast, all perfectly paired with Canadian wines.
