Want to be fully immersed in a weekend of murder mystery fun? Now’s your chance! Book your stay at Sherwood Inn as it’s transformed into the “Sherwood Saloon,” brought to life with the help of the Huntsville Theatre Company.
'Sherwood Saloon' is a full weekend interactive murder mystery straight from the wild west! HTC is very excited to partner with the Sherwood Inn once again to offer this amazing full weekend interactive experience. The event will take place March 27 to 29, 2026 at Sherwood Inn in Port Carling.
What to Expect?
Arrive on Friday night and get settled into your accommodations, where you can change into your best western attire. Then join us in The Saloon for a delicious dinner and pre show musical entertainment. The real fun begins after dinner as the Wild West truly takes over, with crazy characters introducing themselves before ...*gasp*... the murder ends our evening on a cliff hanger!
Spend your Saturday enjoying the amenities around the resort while looking for hidden clues and interrogating characters as you encounter them throughout the day. Be sure to keep notes on what happens as the day passes, who you talk to and what you discovered because at night, we go back into The Saloon for another stunning dinner. You'll have more music to entertain, and then all will be revealed as the characters come together to find out, once and for all… who dun it! You'll end your night with a full on 'hoe down' on The Saloon's dance floor!
On Sunday morning, everyone can head home from The Sherwood Saloon knowing they've solved (hopefully) the wildest murder in the west!

Friday night reception dinner at 7 p.m. with an orientation to the weekend and one complimentary drink per person
Saturday breakfast buffet
Saturday there will be a self-directed clue search around the resort

Deposit / Cancellation Policy
First deposit of $100 on guest rooms, first deposit of one night's stay on cottages
Balance of reservation including resort amenity fee and taxes taken as a deposit 5 days prior to arrival
All changes subject to a $44 plus HST change fee
Any cancellations are subject to forfeiture of the deposit on file
